Nhật Vy
Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor · Dalat, Vietnam
I chose Yoga as a path to develop my inner consciousness, alongside nurturing a healthy body. And at Trong Lành, allow me to be your guide — helping you connect with truth, and nurturing the love and wisdom already within you, through every breath and every movement in Yoga.
Trained in the Kundalini tradition of Yogi Bhajan, I've been practicing and teaching for more than eight years. I teach live online classes in both English and Vietnamese, combining breathwork (pranayama), mantra and kriyas. My goal is simple — to help you build a practice that fits your life and grows with you.
Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced yogi, Kundalini adapts to your level. Every session is beginner-friendly and can be adjusted to your body and goals — so you always practice at your own pace.

My Story
From the Dalat Studio to Your Living Room
My path began in Dalat, where the cool mountain air and quiet pace of the town taught me the value of stillness early. Yoga found me as more than exercise — it became the way I learned to sit with myself, breathe, and pay attention. I trained in the Kundalini tradition of Yogi Bhajan, studying the kriyas, pranayama and meditation that make this practice so complete.
For years I taught in person from the Trong Lành studio in Dalat, guiding students through the same room where I first practiced. Then came the shift online. When I started teaching over Zoom, I saw students I could never have reached in a physical studio — expats in Vietnam, students in Singapore, Europe and the Americas — all building a real home practice with the same corrections and care as someone sitting across from me.
Trong Lành still runs onsite classes in Dalat for those who visit. But my home is now the video call — a live class where you practice from your own mat, in your own light, and I guide, correct and encourage you in real time.

How I Teach
Teaching Philosophy
My teaching rests on one belief — the practice should meet you where you are, not where a video expects you to be. Beginners are not behind; they are exactly where every experienced yogi once stood. So every class is adaptable, every posture has a gentler option, and nobody is ever pushed past their edge.
I value consistency over intensity. Five minutes of honest practice beats an hour of heroic effort you don't repeat. That is why every class ends with deep relaxation and why I record replays — so missing a day never means losing your rhythm.
Kundalini is a whole-system practice that works on breath, body, mantra and mind together. My job is not to make you impressive, but to help you become more of yourself — calmer, clearer and more at ease in your own skin.

What a Class Feels Like
A class with me is live, personal and structured. You join from home, your mat ready and your camera on. We begin with a simple tuning-in to center the mind, then move through a kriya — a sequence of postures and breath designed for that day's focus, whether it's energy, calm, better sleep or strength.
Throughout, I watch your screen the way I'd watch a studio floor. I correct your posture, adjust your pace, and guide every breath — the corrections are real-time, not recorded. Between the kriya, pranayama and a closing meditation, we always finish with deep relaxation so you leave the call lighter than you arrived.
Each session runs 60 minutes and is recorded for 48 hours, so you can revisit it or catch up if life gets in the way.
