Popular Yoga Studios in Vietnam: Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, Dalat & Nha Trang

Đọc bài này bằng tiếng Việt

Vietnam is a country I’ve travelled through many times, and one of the questions travelers and newcomers ask me most is: where should I practice yoga here? Over the years I’ve visited studios in different cities, and I’ve learned that a great studio is about so much more than a good rating — it’s about the teacher, the atmosphere, and whether you feel welcome the moment you walk in.

So I’ve gathered four studios I genuinely think are worth your time, one in each of Vietnam’s most popular cities: Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, Dalat and Nha Trang. Each has a stellar rating, a warm community, and something a little different to offer. I’ve included addresses and maps so you can find them easily.

A note before you go: studio schedules change and classes fill up, so it’s always worth checking a studio’s website or messaging them ahead of time — especially if you’re visiting during a holiday.

How to Choose a Studio While Travelling

Before the list, a few things I look for when I practice away from home:

  • Location — pick a studio within easy reach of where you’re staying, or you simply won’t go.
  • Class level — message the studio and ask which class suits a visitor or beginner. Every studio here is welcoming to both.
  • Your practice style — some travelers want sweaty and energetic; others want slow and restorative. Choose accordingly.
  • Drop-in policy — most studios here accept walk-ins, but booking ahead is a good habit.

With that in mind, here are four studios worth unrolling your mat at.

Da Nang — Heart Studio by Chan

Rating: 5.0 ★ · Yoga & Wellness Studio

  • Address: 36 Nại Nam 8, Hòa Cường, Đà Nẵng 550000, Vietnam
  • Website: heartstudiodn.com

Heart Studio in Da Nang is a small, beautifully personal studio that reviewers consistently describe as wonderful. It’s the kind of place where the practice feels tailored to you — where you can sweat through a dynamic class one day and melt into a gentle Yin class the next, all in the same familiar room.

“I attended multiple sessions at Heart Studio and it was all wonderful!

I tried yoga and Yin yoga and they both offer 2 different perspectives on yoga practices for me. One was making me break a sweat vs the other is so gentle and relaxing making me focus more on meeting my body where it’s at.

Sound healing and Akashic journey was so deep and grounded for me I had an out of body experience for the first time.

Would definitely recommend!! ❤️‍🔥“

What stands out here is the range — from active, sweat-inducing practice to deeply restorative sound healing — so you can match your practice to how you feel that day.

Ho Chi Minh City — AT Ha’s Boutique Yoga Studio Saigon

Rating: 4.9 ★ · Boutique Yoga Studio

  • Address: 187/15 Điện Biên Phủ, Tân Định, Hồ Chí Minh 70000, Vietnam
  • Website: athassaigon.com

In the heart of Saigon, AT Ha’s Boutique Yoga Studio is a favorite among locals and expats alike. Tucked into District 1, it’s an intimate boutique studio where the teachers really know your body — the kind of place where a class leaves you both challenged and deeply relaxed.

“I was inspired to practice yoga more often and able to have more awareness of my body after taking classes by Ms. Thu Nguyen. I feel challenged in a good way during the class, yet relaxed and aligned when the class ends. Highly recommended.”

If you’re in Saigon and want a class that builds strength and body awareness while staying gentle on the nervous system, this boutique studio is an excellent pick.

Dalat — Trong Lành Yoga Wellness

Rating: 5.0 ★ · Kundalini Yoga & Wellness Studio

  • Address: 8A Huyền Trân Công Chúa, Xuân Hương, Đà Lạt, Lâm Đồng, Vietnam
  • Website: tronglanh.yoga
  • Phone: 0359 400 947

I’ll be transparent here: Trong Lành is my own studio in Dalat, so I can’t be fully objective — but I can tell you exactly what to expect. It’s a peaceful, intimate space in the cool mountain air of Dalat, built around Kundalini Yoga and wellness. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced yogi, you’ll be guided with care and plenty of time to settle into each practice.

“Amazing yoga studio in Da Lat! peaceful and relaxing, Vy is very friendly and professional instructor. Every class leaves me feeling refreshed and energized. Highly recommend for both beginners and experienced yogis”

Down on the coast in Nha Trang, Xóm Thương is a cozy, bright studio that reviewers say feels like coming home. The teacher, Tom, is known for helping students explore new asanas with ease — a warm, uplifting atmosphere where you always want to return.
