Average rating from verified student reviews
I had been practicing yoga for years, but Kundalini with Trong Lanh changed everything. Within a few weeks my energy, sleep and focus transformed. The live online classes feel deeply personal, even from my living room.
The teachers guide every breath and movement with such care. It never feels like an online class — it feels like sitting in a sacred space with a master. This practice has become the anchor of my mornings.
After three months my anxiety is noticeably lower and my body feels alive again. The community is warm, the schedule is flexible, and the intro offer made it effortless to begin my journey.
I joined the morning class from home before work. The breathwork alone has changed how I handle stress at the office. Teacher Nhat Vy corrects my posture every session — exactly like being in a studio.
As a complete beginner I was nervous, but the teacher makes everything so approachable. I love that I can rewatch the recording when I miss a class. Best online yoga experience I have had in Vietnam.

Common Questions
Kundalini Yoga combines postures, breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation and mantra chanting to work with your whole system at once. Where a purely fitness-focused class works the body, Kundalini also trains the breath and the mind. Each class follows a sequence called a kriya, designed to bring a particular benefit — energy, calm, focus, or better sleep.
After you book your free trial, I send you a Zoom link and you join from your own home. Classes run 60 minutes with live instruction, posture corrections and breath guidance — very close to being in a studio. Sessions run morning and evening, Monday to Friday, in time slots across GMT+7.
Just a yoga mat, a quiet space and an internet connection. A device with a camera (laptop, tablet or phone) lets me see you and correct your posture. Blocks or a blanket can add comfort, but they are optional.
Yes, absolutely. Classes are designed for all levels, including complete beginners, and every posture has a gentler option. For a structured start, our Kundalini Foundations course offers 24 beginner sessions covering breath, posture and mantra step by step.
Yes. Every live class is recorded and available to rewatch for 48 hours. You can pause, replay and follow along at your own pace, which makes it much easier to keep a consistent routine.
Yes. If you are in Dalat, you can join Trong Lành onsite Kundalini Yoga classes in person at the studio. Visit tronglanh.yoga to see the onsite schedule and book a session.
We offer three options: a free trial lesson, an unlimited monthly pass at 900,000 VND/month (first month 750,000 VND), and single lessons at 150,000 VND each. All include access to live classes and personalized guidance.
Yes. I teach live classes in both English and Vietnamese. The weekly schedule includes English Kundalini classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, plus Vietnamese daily practice sessions — so you can choose the language and time that suit you.
Definitely. Many of our students practice from Singapore, Europe, the Americas and across Asia. All you need is an internet connection and a device; classes run on Zoom at times convenient for GMT+7, which works well for many international time zones.
Yes — with consistent practice. The active kriya sequences are real physical work that builds strength and burns energy, while breathwork and meditation lower stress, which is often what drives overeating. Yoga supports weight loss best when combined with mindful eating. Read our honest guide: Does Yoga Help With Weight Loss?
Breathwork (pranayama) is controlled breathing that calms the nervous system by activating the parasympathetic response — the "rest and digest" branch. Techniques like Breath of Fire, long deep breathing and alternate nostril breathing can reduce anxiety and improve focus. We practice them in a guided, safe way in every class.
Gentle spinal movements, stretching and strengthening kriyas can be very helpful for a tired back. Regular practice improves posture, mobility and the muscles that support your spine. If you have back pain, do let your teacher know before class so we can adapt the practice to you.
Start with two to three sessions a week. That is enough to build the habit without overwhelming your body. Each session is 60 minutes. As you adapt you can add more — many of my students settle into four or five classes a week. Consistency beats intensity every time.
It depends on your goal. Morning sessions (05:15 and 08:15) are energizing and set a good tone for the day; evening sessions (16:00 and 17:15) help you unwind and sleep. The best time is the one you can keep consistently — our schedule and 48-hour replays make that easy.
Yes. Zoom gives the smoothest experience, but I can host classes on Google Meet, Messenger video or another app you prefer. Just let me know when you book, and I will send a link that works for you.
Yes. Private sessions are tailored entirely to your body, goals and pace — ideal if you want focused posture correction, are recovering from an injury, or prefer a completely personal setting. We can schedule at a time that suits you, in English or Vietnamese. Message me on Zalo to arrange one.

Yes. Kundalini adapts well and can be practiced seated in a chair when needed. Postures are easily modified, and the breathwork and meditation are accessible at any age. If you have a medical condition, please let me know before your first class so I can keep you safe and comfortable.
If you are in Dalat, Vietnam you can practice in person at the Trong Lành studio — see our Dalat yoga studio page. Anywhere else, our live online classes bring the studio to your home: real-time instruction, posture corrections and a full weekly schedule via Zoom. View the weekly yoga class schedule.
Just a yoga mat, a quiet space and an internet connection — a device with a camera lets me correct your posture. Yoga blocks are optional but genuinely helpful for beginners; a folded blanket works too. See our guides: Yoga Blocks and How to Clean a Yoga Mat.
Both build strength and flexibility. Pilates focuses mainly on core strength and controlled movement, while yoga adds breathwork, relaxation and a mental-training dimension. If you want stress relief and better sleep along with the physical benefits, yoga is the better fit — and nothing stops you doing both. Read the full comparison: Yoga vs Pilates.
